The content of the epics can be customized as per your needs using provided tools.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 )&nbsp;<strong>Status</strong>:&nbsp;set the status for your epic. The available options are:</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Backlog</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>To Do</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In Progress</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Done</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 )&nbsp;<strong>Releases</strong>: select the release the epic relates to.&nbsp;</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In order to choose the appropriate release, it needs to be created beforehand. Please, check&nbsp;<a href=\"/docs/how-to-manage-releases-on-EchoRivo/\">this article</a>&nbsp;for more details.</strong><br>5 )&nbsp;<strong>Objective</strong>: set up the objective for the epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 )&nbsp;<strong>Key Result</strong>: select the key result for the epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To be able to set up the objective and key result for the epic, ensure to create the OKR beforehand by following&nbsp;<a href=\"/docs/how-to-manage-okrs-on-EchoRivo/\">this article</a>.</strong><br>7 )&nbsp;<strong>Tags</strong>: add tags to your epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>More information about tags can be found&nbsp;<a href=\"/docs/how-manage-tags-on-EchoRivo/\">here</a>.</strong><br>8 )&nbsp;<strong>Start Date</strong>:&nbsp;select the start date for your epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9 )&nbsp;<strong>End Date</strong>:&nbsp;set the end date for your epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10)&nbsp;<strong>Associated Personas</strong>:&nbsp;select the associated personas from the list.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The personas need to be created beforehand as shown in&nbsp;<a href=\"/how-to-manage-personas-on-EchoRivo/\">this article</a>.</strong><br>11 )&nbsp;<strong>Send to Jira</strong>:&nbsp;send created epic to Jira by choosing the Issue type ( Story, Task, Bug, Epic).</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In order to see the option available, ensure to connect Jira to EchoRivo as shown in <a href=\"/docs/how-to-integrate-EchoRivo-with-jira/\">this article</a>.</strong><br>12 ) <strong>Visible in portal/widget</strong>: choose to show/hide epics on portal and/or widget.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13 )&nbsp;<strong>Attachments</strong>:&nbsp;attach the files (maximum size of 10 MB per file) to the epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) Manually create epics from the Product section.</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From your&nbsp;<strong>EchoRivo Dashboard</strong>&nbsp;open the&nbsp;<strong>Products</strong>&nbsp;section and click&nbsp;<strong>Epics</strong>. Right after, click&nbsp;<strong>Create epic</strong>.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another way to create epics is to promote the collected ideas into epics.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From your&nbsp;<strong>EchoRivo Dashboard</strong>&nbsp;navigate to the&nbsp;<strong>Discovery</strong>&nbsp;section and click&nbsp;<strong>Ideas</strong>.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" the&nbsp;<strong>Epics</strong>&nbsp;from the&nbsp;<strong>Products</strong>&nbsp;section.</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-steps-to-customize-epics\">Steps to customize epics</h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Created epics can be found under the&nbsp;<strong>Epics</strong>&nbsp;from the&nbsp;<strong>Products</strong>&nbsp;section.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following actions are available within the epics list:</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Export</em>:&nbsp;use the button to export the epics list</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Filter</em>: the option can be used to filter epics by the releases, OKRs, tags, statuses and public visibility.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>View</em>:&nbsp;click on the button to see the following information about the epic: Description, Created Date, Status, Releases, and Visibility.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Public view</em>: use the button to check the epic in a public view</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Edit</em>:&nbsp;simply use the button to edit the epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please, note, that the epic can be edited directly from the public/private roadmap as well as shown in&nbsp;<a href=\"/docs/how-to-manage-the-roadmap-on-EchoRivo/\">this article</a>.</strong><br><em>Delete</em>:&nbsp;click on the button to delete the epic.</p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-steps-to-customize-statuses-of-epics\">Steps to customize statuses of epics</h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is possible to create, edit or delete the statutes of Epics.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, the following statuses are available:&nbsp;<strong>In Progress</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>To Do</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Backlog</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Done</strong>.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statuses can be&nbsp;<em>edited</em>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<em>deleted</em>.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to create a new status, the following steps need to be taken:</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From your&nbsp;<strong>EchoRivo Dashboard</strong>&nbsp;open the&nbsp;<strong>Settings tab</strong>&nbsp;and click&nbsp;<strong>Product settings</strong>.</p>\n\n\n\n<p
